The Oaks

A local property development company approach with a brief to have some 3D visuals of an upcoming barn conversion they were working on. I conducted a site survey and given the floor plans of the two barns and a verbal brief of what they wanted. The large barn has 4 bedrooms, a mezzanine floor and a very large open plan living and dining room with very high ceilings. The large glass window will bring in so much natural light I wanted to show this on the visuals. The smaller of the two barns has 2 bedrooms with the same open plan feel as the larger one. The client also found this was a great tool to make changes to their initial ideas. These visuals are being used to promote the properties on Airbnb before they are finished.
